Think Green

We can help our planet by going green at your office. For our efforts, but I do not know about you we have a lot of waste in office space. Here energy is a problem. With a healthy office environment, we can save money on what we use.
There are several ways to conserve on energy with computers and other office equipment. For example, now the computer industry has come out with energy efficient computers and printers as well as other equipment that helps us communicate. The thing known as energy star which is a rating of how energy is either efficient or not. This good all around us because that is what it was made to do regarding to the energy source.
A key to the energy crisis success is to turnoff power sources when not in use. This saves us billions of wasted money and gives us a better outlook because it saves us time and money too. It is a matter of remembering to do things to save us energy that is important to us all. This means turning off power strips to lighted motion sensors. Also light bulbs that save energy. This energy thing works if we try to do it.
Now getting back to computers and printers, documentation is what these things are all about. So to conserve only print out what you need and keep paper supplies at a minimum. Today people like Microsoft have made it easier to save and look at drafts we come up with on our computers. Ink cartridges also play a role because now a company has come out with a way of conserving ink by printing tiny open circles in the middle of letters, which makes the ink cartridge have less ink on the paper and more for other document use.
One final thought about thinking green is that recycling is what we need to do. Our planets future is what is at stake. Maybe some day we will grow our own ink supplies source. This would be wonderful if the price quality and effectiveness would be the same.
